So now I have a rack set up for some of my stuff now with some new tanks/animals on it. First off are my new Hyloxalus azureiventris. These guys have been moved around a lot taxonomically over the years, in fact I'm not really sure if Hyloxalus is the correct genus as people seem to be split between putting them there and in there own genus Cryptophyllobates. Anyway there really awesome and quite active and bold, right now the trio is in a rather plane 10 gal to grow them up some. I'm trying out schultz aquatic plant soil as a substitute to flourite as its a lot cheaper and I am really into clay substrates over soil based ones now. One of the few problems that has come up with this species is that captive clutches tend to yeald like 85% males so in order to get some reproduction you will need a few. From what I have read they are pretty rare in the wild and there biotope is rocky areas with flowing water so this summer I want to make them a more representative habitat when I get a few more.

This one is the oldest and calls all the time.

My 20 gal vert with my Ranitomeya ventrimaculatus pair is growing in well and the male calls all the time, not sure if I am providing enough laying sights for the female, she also is kind of young so we will have to wait and see.

My Theloderma corticale tank is beginning to grow in, This one is supper fun to look at because of the rock wall I made out of mortar and the waterfall. I threw some guppies in the water sections for some intrest as this dude is nocturnal and is stuck to the back wall during the day but he calls all night long. I plan on working on this tank a bit more, getting some glass cut to fit over the top as right now its just plastic wrap, also I want to redo the water section somewhat and bring up some cherry shrimp from my aquarium back home in jersey in a week or two.

Sorry for the crappy picture on this one.

People can never find him.

So thats about it in the way of intresting things to post pictures of. My female crested gecko is gravid again, kind of excited about that even tho they are supper common they weren't when I got them like 9 years ago, so I'm pretty sure there F1's. New Hampshire expo in april I plan to get a bunch of plants at and maybe a female Theloderma corticale if I can scrounge together some money.
